I knew immediately after meeting her that things would be different - she was certain we would work to make something happen. Within a day of viewing a great property I had placed an offer with Paige recommending I switch lenders and make changes to my offer process to make myself more competitive - she was absolutely right! Three days later, I was told my offer was accepted out of 13 offers, and mine was not the highest!
