Paige began her real estate career in 1999 when she went to work for the largest real estate investment trust (REIT) company in Southern California. She later opened up her own commercial property management business and eventually started to dabble in the residential sales market. With a love for homes and the negotiating process, Paige closed her business and joined a residential agency as an individual agent. Today, she’s a Certified Luxury Agent who specializes in luxury homes — and her local market, in which she’s lived and worked for years. But no matter the price point, she offers each client the same luxury experience.
Paige’s entire life has been shaped by real estate in one way or another. For one thing, she grew up in a commercial real estate family: her father is a developer, and her brother is a property manager. Paige has also purchased and sold six of her own homes and has moved more than 20 times throughout her life. Her diverse personal and professional background has enabled her to make buying or selling a home as easy and comfortable as possible. Clients return to Paige and refer her to others because her honesty, hard work, perseverance, loyalty, care, and enthusiasm make it impossible not to. She has the innate ability to connect with clients and make each one feel like they’re the only ones.
Paige has a degree in communication with a minor in business marketing. Originally from Santa Barbara, she’s lived in Sacramento since 2006, when she moved here to be closer to her family. Above all, Paige is a devoted mom to her teenage daughter. She loves to cook, travel, work out, spend time by the water — be it an ocean or lake — and be with her friends and family.
